2. Product Information & Pricing

  • All items are offered while stocks last.

  • Prices displayed on our site are current but subject to adjustment without advance notice.

  • We retain the right to amend any inaccuracies regarding pricing or product specifications as needed.

3. Order Processing & Payment

  • Orders are accepted exclusively through our online storefront.

  • Payment must be finalized prior to order fulfillment.

  • We currently accept Online Bank Transfers as our preferred payment method.

4. Delivery & Fulfillment
At Starlinkify Group, we are committed to getting your Starlink equipment and accessories to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. To achieve this, we utilize a dynamic two-tier fulfillment strategy designed to balance speed, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.

  • Standard Local Fulfillment (South Africa): For products held in our local South African private storage facility, orders are typically processed and dispatched within 7 working days from the date of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery times are dependent on our courier partners’ standard routes. While we provide estimated shipping timelines for guidance, actual delivery dates may vary. Please note that while we proactively monitor shipments, Starlinkify Group is not liable for delays caused by external courier services, severe weather, or customs holds. However, our support team will communicate proactively and assist in tracking your parcel should any disruptions occur.

  • International Direct Fulfillment (Global Suppliers): To ensure you receive your order without unnecessary waiting periods, we frequently ship directly from our international suppliers to your specified address. This strategy eliminates the intermediate step of shipping goods to South Africa first, thereby significantly reducing the total transit time for you.

    • Coverage of All Costs: When we utilize this direct international shipping method, Starlinkify Group covers 100% of all associated import duties, customs clearance fees, and brokerage charges. You will not be required to pay any additional fees to receive your package; we handle all customs formalities on your behalf to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

    • Estimated Transit Times: Since international logistics depend on global air and freight networks, the estimated delivery timeframe for direct-from-supplier orders typically ranges from 1 to 3 weeks. While this timeline is generally accurate, it is inherently subject to the operational efficiencies of international courier networks, customs processing volumes, and geopolitical factors, which are outside our direct control. Rest assured, in the vast majority of cases, our logistics partners deliver well within this window, and we will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the supplier’s facility.

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all shipping details (including full name, physical address, and contact number) provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Starlinkify Group cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries, misdeliveries, or additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer. Should re-delivery be required due to an address error, the customer may be liable for the additional shipping fees.

5. Returns & Refund Policy

  • We offer returns and refunds under applicable conditions.

  • Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and in unused, resellable condition.

  • Custom-configured or already-opened Starlink kits may not qualify for return unless they are proven to be defective upon arrival.

6. Warranty Coverage

  • Where applicable, products include the standard manufacturer’s warranties.

  • Starlinkify Group does not assume liability for damage resulting from improper usage, faulty installation, unauthorized alterations, or physical damage to the equipment after delivery.

7. Liability Limitations

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starlinkify Group shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our total liability in all cases is strictly capped at the original purchase amount of the item in question.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, images, and text on this website are the property of Starlinkify Group. No part of this content may be copied, redistributed, or repurposed without our explicit written consent.

9. Data Privacy

  • Personal data collected through our site is handled strictly in line with our Privacy Policy.
